What conditions should a project meet?
In order to qualify for financial support by the Haaglanden Climate Fund, the project should meet a number of conditions:
- the project needs to be carried out in the Haaglanden region;
- it must first be examined if other financial support is possible, e.g. through subsidies;
- the project needs to be submitted by a social organisation or institution operating on a non-profit basis;
- the project needs to reduce a demonstrable amount of CO2 emissions.
The Haaglanden Climate Fund reserves the right to deviate from these conditions if deemed necessary. The fund can decide independently whether or not to make a financial contribution. It is therefore possible a project that only partly meets the set conditions is granted support, regardless.
